ISPS and PVPS Components

RETS existing PV Laboratory will be upgraded to establish testing facilities for Institutional Photovoltaic System (ISPS) and Photovoltaic Water Pumping System (PVPS).

The labratory is now equipped for testing of Solar PV Module, Charge Controller, Lamps and batteries. The following components, products and parameters are being tested:

  • Inverters: Performance test
  • Charge controllers used in ISPS: Performance tests
  • PV powered water pump: Performance and durability tests( under discussion)
  • Field testing of Solar Water Pump and ISPS system.
